This is an automated Telegram posting tool built with Google Sheets. Just fill in the spreadsheet — and your content (images, videos, text, links) will be published automatically, on schedule, with one click. No coding needed, just two buttons.

📋 How to use

1. Open the Google Sheets file

2. Go to the sheet named “Telegram Poster”

3. Fill in the rows starting from the second one:

🔹 Column “Folder Name”

Enter the name of a subfolder inside a parent folder on Google Drive. One subfolder = one post. It can contain images and/or videos.

🔹 Column “Parent Folder ID”

Paste the ID of the main folder in Google Drive that contains the subfolders.

Find the ID in the URL. Example:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ABcdEFghIjKLmn — this part is your folder ID.

🔹 Button Upload Links

After entering “Folder Name” and “Parent Folder ID”, click this button.

It will automatically populate the “Links” column with media links from the subfolder.

🔹 Button Publish

Click to post your content. If a time is specified, the post will be scheduled.

If not — it will be posted immediately.

🔹 Column “Bot Token”

Paste the token of your Telegram bot (must be added as admin in your channel).

You can use multiple tokens, separated by |.

Example: 123456:ABC-DEF | 987654:XYZ-PQR

🔹 Column “Channel @”

Enter your channel username (e.g. @mychannel) or invite link.

You can publish to multiple channels: @test1 | @test2 | @test3

🔹 Column “Published?”

If this cell shows “✅ Published” — the post has already been published.

If you clear the cell, the post will be re-published (either immediately or at the scheduled time).

🔹 Column “Post Time”

Set the date and time in this format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM

Example: 2025-04-18 12:00

Important: Check your timezone!

File → Settings → General → Time zone

🔹 Other columns:

• Title — post title (optional)

• Description — body text

• Hyperlink — external link (optional)

• Hyperlink Text — anchor text

• Links — auto-filled with media links (do not edit manually)

What gets published:

If only media is filled — only media will be posted.

If only text and hyperlink are filled — only they will be posted.

The system is flexible — everything you filled will go in one post.
